Welcome to Ray White Canning River, your trusted real estate partner proudly continuing a legacy more than three decades in the making.

Formerly known as Ray White Cannington, our office has been a cornerstone of the City of Canning community since the early 1990s. Founded by Michael and Karen Smart, who were part of the pioneering group that introduced Ray White to Western Australia in 1994, our business has always been built on strong family values and a commitment to exceptional service.

Today, their son Cameron Smart, who has spent over 20 years dedicated to the local market, leads the business into a new era under the name Ray White Canning River — carrying forward the same values of integrity, care, and local expertise that the Smart family is known for.

Our Core Values: Teamwork. Transparency. Trust.

These three principles are at the heart of everything we do. They represent not just our approach to real estate, but our commitment to the people we serve.

Teamwork: We work collaboratively — with our clients, our colleagues, and our community — to achieve the best results.
Transparency: We communicate openly and honestly at every step, so you always know where you stand.
Trust: We understand that property decisions are deeply personal, and we take pride in building relationships that last long after settlement.

Experience. Legacy. Local Knowledge.

With over 30 years of family experience, the Smart family has been helping local residents buy, sell, and invest in property across Cannington, Beckenham, Bently, Wilson, and the wider City of Canning. That history gives us a deep understanding of the area — its people, its growth, and its potential.

As our community has evolved, so have we — blending proven experience with modern technology and marketing to deliver the very best in real estate service.
